Thank you for including me in your health care regimen!

There are a few things I expect from my clients and a few things you should expect from me...

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. If it is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early

I require a 24 hours notice for cancellations and reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment if notified after the 24 hour limit

If you are running late, please attempt to call and notify me. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, I reserve the right to charge the full amount of scheduled services

I do not tolerate inappropriate behavior, be it sexual, violent, uncomfortable, etc... If I, or anyone in the facility, feels justly threatened or uncomfortable, I reserve the right to refuse/terminate, and the client will be expected to pay for, scheduled services.

If you are sick (colds, flu, sore throat, poison ivy/oak/etc, any possible contagious condition) or beginning to feel sick, please reschedule your appointment. (You will not be charged for rescheduling.)

Please do not arrive at your appointment under the influence of any alcohol or drugs (unless prescribed and necessary, see below), as they will alter your perception of sensation. Client and therapist should be present and clear in each session, as to allow the maximum benefit of such exchange. If you take blood pressure medication, please be sure it is taken before you arrive for your massage; if not, you're session will be rescheduled.

Avoid eating a large meal and consuming stimulants (caffeine, nicotine, etc) directly before your appointment.

Cleanliness (freshly showered/as clean as possible) is expected and courteous

Please communicate before/during/after your session; letting me know how you are feeling, if you would like more/less/stationary pressure in a specific area, other feedback, etc allows you to receive the maximum benefit from you're session. You are essential in creating your session!

After your session, delight in the effects of your relaxed/pain-reduced state, and attempt to help it last as long as possible.

Avoid heightened stress; drink plenty of water to flush your system (before & after your session); ice any areas that are particularly tender as to reduce soreness; consider a detox bath (1 cup Epsom salt, 2 cups white &/or apple cider vinegar; soak in warm water for 20 minutes or until water begins to cool).

Gratuities are appreciated but not expected
